This is an even bigger challenge and nature experience than the tour through Heidal. The tour goes through the upper part of Sjoa, where we perform a swimming test among the participants early on in the tour. After that we move on down the river. The tour leads through incredibly beautiful canyons, where the mountainsides rise from the banks of the river. Halfway through we take a lunch break and enjoy a warm meal and coffee. This tour is for adventurous people, who are great swimmers and generally fit. Back at basecamp, guests enjoy a hot shower and change of clothes before warm lunch, tea and coffee is served in the BBQ house.
